Punjabis do form large section of Pakistan's population, still the center of Industry continues to be Karachi.
There is no dearth of talent, educated people in Punjab but their principal business continues to be Agriculture.
The big industries are still traditional, based on commodities like cotton, grains, leather, Sugarcane, tobbacco etc.

There is a strong need for a serious action and investment in new opportunities as the markets are vast and increasingly depending on imports.
We can not call an assembly unit an industry in itself yet there is hardly any initiative from Government of Pakistan which can be considered really encouraging.

Investment in Education has been scarce and there is a very severe shortage of good schools, colleges and other technical education institutions.

The opportunities to create small industry based businesses, labor intensive industries are really great.
The foreign investor still feels shaky for various reasons.

There needs to be a strong need to create a business like friendly environment and a clear, non-mysterious, plan to woo the foreign investor and encourage local entrepreneurs.
Punjabis in Pakistan are very keen to progress and your opinions and suggestions are welcome!

Pakis

You know your existance is dependent on foreign aid. USA. In house wihtout donation you are nothing. whole nation is seviving on others charity.

You people breed like rats.

You have no stand of your own. USA tells u what to say.

You marry any woman except your mother.

You do every thing opposite to normal person examples:-

BUR KA (some thing for pussy) - up put on face

every body shaves bread & keeps mushtash - you do revese

people wash hands down - u do up ward so water flow to your arms

people bow head for respect you raise your ass.

u use other side of the TAVA to make chapati

I think you don't F••• the ass of thier wives.
Do you people come from your mothers •••••.

so you are not normal human beings. you are MUSLIMS.

ANOTHER question why your women cover from head to toe?
may be as you are animals u see a woman & behave like jungle animals as unfortunately 12 months of the year is hot season for humans.
Is this the reason - u can't control your sex desire & u behave like animal so u cover your women.

OR

as women are always covered in night you don't know who fucks who. I suppose doesn't matter as all are going to be muslims.

Becoz most people study in madrasas and have islamic mindset. They know only to hate, kill, rape, kidnap and all other arts of terrorism. How can they improve if they dont think anything other than destroying India. For you foolish pakis, let me tell you India doesn't have any policy to destroy pakistan as brainwashed by ur mullas and politicians. We mind our business..It is you pakis who are pushing us to war. But the loser ultimately is Pakistan...

Change ur mindsets u fools...This is not 10'Th century.

Nawaz to launch micro-credit scheme soon

Dar says NGOs to be geared to disburse loan out of scheme; maximum limit of loan to be Rs 50,000

LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will launch Rs 5 billion micro-credit scheme to help uplift the standard of living of the common man. "The scheme is aimed at helping the poor to stand on their own feet, it is a revolutionary measure of the government that speaks of improvement of economic condition of the country," Finance Minister Ishaq Dar told reporters here on Sunday.

Dar said necessary paper work had been completed in this regard. Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) would be geared to disburse loan out of the micro-credit scheme, which would be launched by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif within the next three weeks or so, he remarked.

The minister said the maximum limit of the loan would be Rs 50,000 which would be disbursed for starting business or running vocational or educational institutions or starting cottage industry in the country. Dar said the loan would be disbursed irrespective of political affiliation.

Referring to reduction of customs duty from 45 to 35 per cent on certain items as announced by the prime minister on Saturday, Dar said the restoration of normal facility -- buying foreign exchange at the composite rate through the banking system for the purposes -- would spare people from the inconvenience of purchasing foreign exchange from the open market and also save money as it would be cheaper for them to buy the required and permitted foreign exchange at the composite rates.

The minister said that the relief package announced by the premier would largely contribute in boosting export and strengthening the national economy. He said the process of economic revival had begun. "Recovery of taxes now stands at top of the government's agenda," he added. Dar said it was now up to the business community to play their due role in the economic uplift of the country by boosting exports. He said since the economic condition had started giving healthy signs, a number of foreign investors, including Daewoo, Coca Cola and Fiat car manufacturers, were approaching the government for investment in Pakistan.

About enhancing defence budget after improvement in the economic condition, the minister said the same would be considered in the next fiscal budget. Earlier, Dar inaugurated a painting exhibition at Alhamra Arts Centre, which comprised 85 paintings and portraits. A large number of people, including students and art lovers, attended the inaugural ceremony.
