I've wanted a saree since I was 15 years old, and 11 years later, my wish was fulfilled when i came across the site utsav sarees.
I was unable to find a saree until I found Utsav Sarees. The tailors did an excellent job on the saree blouse.I am very happy with the excellent service and large range of beautifull designs, which utsav sarees provide! this is just the the site I was hoping to come across one day and I will recomend it and revisit and order many times. I am surprised by the amount of hatred some of you express. Why are you so anti-Muslim, so anti-Hindu, so anti-Sikh? It's ridiculous to put all the blame on one side. It takes TWO to tango! Neither side is blameless, but the point is to work together and realize what we do wrong, and what we can do to better our relations.

For the one who says Muslims are "incest scum"... please try and be reasonable. There are rules for everything, and I know Muslims dont marry their uncles or nieces, or whatever.

Rather than furthering ignorant remarks, you should try and learn about other religions to see where you disagree. But religion should not have any part in these arguments. All desis share a common culture, regardless of religion. Why cant we unite in our traditions and skip the hatred?

Punjab to set up fast track courts for NRIs

CHANDIGARH: Punjab will set up fast track courts for speedy settlement of cases involving non-resident Indians (NRIs) and amend property laws to protect their interests.

Announcing the move, Punjab NRI affairs in-charge Parminder Sandhu Thursday said, "The Punjab Security of Land Tenures Act and the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act will be amended to protect NRIs from land grabs and protracted litigations."

Punjab was the first state to set up a separate department for NRIs and a provision of Rs.1 billion had been made as the state's share for joint projects with them.

Sandhu said the state government was committed to solving problems faced by NRIs, particularly those from Punjab, and to helping the NRIs maintain their ethnic bonds with the state.

He said the government planned to amend the Punjab Security of Land Tenures Act that allowed an NRI to get back his agricultural land from tenants.

Similarly, the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act too would be amended to give NRIs the right to recover immediate possession of a residential building or a non-residential building from tenants.

District NRI cells will be strengthened and the state government plans to appoint a designated officer in villages from where 20 or more families have migrated.

The officer would ensure genuine transaction of landed properties belonging to NRIs, he said.

Sandhu expressed concern at the torture and exploitation of young Punjabi women at the hands of NRI grooms and their families, and said a blueprint was being drawn up in consultation with the federal government to curb this menace.

He said, "The Punjab government will suggest measures to amend rules in favour of young Punjabi girls. The government will evolve some legislation to help them get justice at the earliest."

Sare Punjabian nu meri Satshiriakal, I am from Patiala and know living in London for last three years . Imarried with girl born and brought there. To all my friends who want to do like me I had a piece of advice Its not what are you dreaming of or what you in hindi films.Realty is diffrent; diffrent back rounds clashes.You are most welcome to study or do business or on holidays or just to earn money but to settle here think again.I have come across so many people regretting it . But they cant go back because of children or any problems depends on individual circumfrances.You will feel importance of your mother land when you away from it.Do what you can to improve PUNJAB AND Punjabi culture "motchvian paggan, and salvar kameej " instead of jeans or skirts. Lambi gut instead of boy cut.Thats what i am missing here.The new Punjabi generation is totally diffrent most of them cant speak punjabi the only way you recognise them when you see them wearing Khande de chain.
Grow more trees in punjab, change crop circle if you are farmer,stop corruption if you are politician or in police,maintain and make new play grounds and parks if you are local goverment official,and stop the influence of poorbie (bhaie)like jarda on punjabi society,stop them the way they are taking over punjab if you can. Every individual effort is needed. Clear or improve the Picture of Punjab rather whole India In front of NRI,and forigners.The ministers if they read this message who go abroad on holidays implement the develpment and postive changes in Punjab make bigger roads make footpaths every where. i'm from chandigarh. i read so many messages and i found that there is lot of distance between all religion devotee. all thinks they are bettre than other's and their religion is best.this is the cause of riots and war's. we all now god is one so why we do hate with other. other one is also made by the same God so we should love with all and help every one who is in need. i think this one is best worship of God and will blessed us for our work. so plz! for God sake live and let live.

To everyone out there... I wanted to let you guys know that we should not be looking at India when we look at religious intolerance. We should look at the muslim nations. They are the ones who are the worst religious intolerant nations in the world. Pakistan doesn't even let Hindus or Sikhs Vote. While in India a muslim can run for any government post. In the Middle East Hindus or Sikhs can't even have a temple there. If people of the middle east want to become Hindu or Sikh they can't. In many cases they get killed if they do. So if we look at countries that are religiously intolerant we should look at the muslim countries. Some of which are the most evil countries in the world.
And to those muslims out there that believe India should stay secular don't be a hypocrite try to also fight to make the muslim nations secular.

During the Raj of the Mughal leaders, the sikhs and hindus were assalted by the muslim leaders, like crazy. and then they declared jihad on sikhs.
so many of the sikhs got killed, and the ways they got cannot be described. so many holocausts on the sikhs.
Muslim leaders said, every one convert to islam or accept death. one of sikh Guru, gave his life to protect the hindu religion. And the sikh got a nice thanks in riots against sikh in 84' byu hindus.
but still u gotta understand, we can't repeat history.
even today, sikh wanted peace between hindus and muslims. In india sikh support hindus, its true. But u guys gotta controll those acts.

Certain people like Jaigurudev create communal disharmony in India. Handful of these form organisations like VHP and RSS and make innocent people their tagets of insanity. It would be in the interest of Hindus and Muslims if this mantra of "India for Hindus" and "Pakistan for Muslims" is discarded once and for all. We have to co-exist along with many other faiths and let's do it willingly without any grudges and in harmony. It won't be hard at all.
